Your reservation is NOT confirmed until we receive the payment.

You have 7 days to make a bank transfer to the account number: ES07 0182 0233 1601 0157 4947 (Carol Gastronomia, SL).

Include the table reservation name in the payment reference. Otherwise, we will not be able to identify which table the payment belongs to.

Reference to indicate in the payment:   

If you are a group and prefer to make separate payments for the same table, it is VERY IMPORTANT that each person includes also this reference in the payment. Otherwise, we will not be able to identify which table the payment belongs to.

Cancellation Policy
We inform you that, if for reasons beyond the control of UAUU Weddings & Events, you wish to cancel your New Year’s Eve reservation, the following is the refund policy:
– Cancellation up to 15 days before: 100% refund
– Cancellation up to 5 days before: 50% refund
– Cancellation in the last 5 days: preparation of a pack with food to take away, to be picked up on December 31st at 7pm at the Hotel América
